PUBLIC NOTICENotice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Marble Falls will conduct a public hearing for the below land use case on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. and City Council for the City of Marble Falls will conduct a public hearing for the case on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.. The hearings will take place in the city Council Chambers of City Hall, 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, Texas 78654, giving all interested person(s) the right to appear and be heard.
Public hearing regarding a Replat a portion of lot Nos. 3, 4, 5, 14, 15, 18, and all of lot Nos. 16 and 17, block No. 54 Marble Falls original Township city of Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas. Todd Holland, Applicant, and A.L. and Betty Ussery, owners.
Public hearing regarding a Replat of All of Lot 3A, the replat of all of Lots 3-10, and a portion of a 20 foot wide alley of Block 333, Marble Falls Original Township, city of Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas, into one lot, Lot 1-A. City of Marble Falls, applicant/owner.
