NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:The City of Marble Falls, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
1,141.55 ACRES BEING OF OUT OF THE R.D. MOORE SURVEY NO. 603, ABSTRACT NO. 614, THE CHAS. C. MARSH SURVEY NO. 1053, ABSTRACT NO. 620, THE R.G. BLANTON SURVEY NO. 606, ABSTRACT NO. 99, THE A. SCHROETER SURVEY NO. 4, ABSTRACT NO. 1270, THE ANDREW SPRECHER SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 826, THE A. SCHROETER, ABSTRACT NO. 1143, THE F. FISSLER SURVEY NO. 1065, ABSTRACT NO. 328, THE R.S. MORGAN SURVEY NO. 800, ABSTRACT NO. 597, THE C&M R.R. CO. SURVEY NO. 3, ABSTRACT NO. 1123, THE JOESPH HARRELL SURVEY NO. 533, ABSTRACT NO. 451, AND THE GUADALUPE FLORES SURVEY NO. 7, ABSTRACT NO. 304, BURNET COUNTY, TEXAS.
There will be two public hearings regarding this annexation held by and before the City Council of the City of Marble Falls, Texas, the second of these hearings shall be on the 16th day of October, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., each hearing shall be in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Marble Falls, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
