NOTICE OF MEETING PLACESTO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF CLEARWATER RANCH MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUCH DISTRICT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Clearwater Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1 has established a meeting place inside the boundaries of the District at 148520 RR 2341, Burnet, Texas; and District offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at: (a) the offices of Copper Station Holdings, 823 Congress Avenue, Suite 1506, Austin, Texas; (b) the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas; and (c) 903 Main Street, Bastrop, Texas; which meeting places are hereby declared to be public places open to the public. All residents and taxpayers of Clearwater Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1 and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors.
