PUBLIC NOTICE:
PUBLIC NOTICE:There will be a public hearing concerning an application for a Variance from the Zoning Ordinance at the regularly scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Council Meeting on February 19, 2013 at 3:00 PM concerning a 20 foot building setback variance (from 25 feet to 5 feet) along the common boundary line between Lot 41023-C of Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 41.22 and Lot 41035 of Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 41.1, on Dalton Circle in the City of Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Lot 41023-C is Zoned GUI Governmental Utility and Institutional which requires a 25 foot setback from lines adjacent to a residential lot. St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church is proposing to build the Pastor’s residence (a Single Family use) near the boundary line adjacent to said Lot 41035. The public hearing will be held at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas 78657.
