NOTICE TO BIDDERSCompetitive Sealed proposals will be received by The City of Burnet until 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, February 28, 2013, at 1001 Buchanan Drive Suite 4 Burnet, Texas and all bids will be opened and publicly read at the Burnet Meeting Center located at 303E Jackson Street, Burnet, Texas meeting room on that date for:
The Construction of a new Fire Station
Project identification: Project consists of all
labor, supervision, materials, services and
equipment required in conjunction with all work
to construct a new Fire Station of approximately
13,065 heated square feet.
Bidding forms, specifications, drawings and all necessary information shall be available only by downloading from Brown Reynolds Watford Architect’s website at no charge. The website address is http://www.brwarch.com Proceed to Login indicated in red at the lower right corner of the webpage. Sealed proposals shall be deposited with the City of Burnet at the Burnet City Hall, 1001 Buchanan Drive Suite 4, Burnet, Texas 78611 no later than 2:00 pm, February 28, 2013. All questions regarding the bidding documents shall be submitted to BRW Architects in writing. Written questions shall be submitted to Nicole Story at: nstory@brwarch.com A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place at 2:00 pm, February 12, 2013. This meeting shall be located in the Burnet Meeting Center located at 303E Jackson Street, Burnet, Texas meeting room. This meeting is not mandatory.
