PUBLIC NOTICENotice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Burnet, Texas will be held on the 4th day of March, 2013, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 2402 S. Water Street, Burnet, Texas 78611 at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:
Zoning Actions:
Item 1: A request for consideration to
rezone property located at 900 East Pecan
from its current zoning designation of “R-1”
Single Family Residential to “M-1”
Manufactured Single Family Housing.
Item 2: A request for consideration to
change the size of the building sign to meet
the nationally branded sign exceptions
allowed by City Ordinance for O’Reilly Auto
Parts located at 508 South Water.
