REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Marble Falls and Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation are jointly soliciting sealed proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide Bank Depository Services. The initial contract period will begin June 1, 2013 and end May 31, 2016. By mutual agreement, the contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods. Sealed proposals will be received by the City Secretary at 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, TX 78654 until 10:00 o’clock AM, Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
Note: Proposals received after this deadline cannot be considered.

The City of Marble Falls reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals or to accept the one that in the judgment of the City Council will be in the best interest of the City of Marble Falls.
