PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICEThere will be a public hearing at the March 26th, 2013 meeting of the Burnet County Commissioner’s Court, 9 a.m., 220 South Pierce, Burnet, second floor of the courthouse, concerning the cancellation of the Hickory Pass Ranch, aka the Hickory Pass Ranch Subdivision. The Hickory Pass Ranch is a platted subdivision consisting of 608.696 acres, being 368.64 acres of the H&GN RR Co Survey No. 10 and 240.05 acres of the H&GN RR Co Survey No. 9, Burnet County, Texas, being out of and part of that land conveyed by Joe Hill to Agnes C. Maule of record in Vol. 156, Page 40, of the Deed Records of Burnet County, Texas, and as recorded In Vol. 2, Page 80 of the Plat Records of Burnet County, Texas on the 10th day of December, 1969. Any person who is interested in the property and wishes to protest the proposed cancellation should appear at the time and place specified above.
