NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Marble Falls will conduct a public hearing for the below land use case on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 800 Thirds Street, Marble Falls, Texas 78654, giving all interested person(s) the right to appear and be heard.
Public hearing regarding a variance from section 936.C.3, Detached Signs, Appendix B Land Use Regulations, City of Marble Falls Code of Ordinances, requesting additional six feet (6’) of total maximum sign height, on Lot 1 Brewer subdivision, City of Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas.
