With all precincts reporting Saturday night, the Marble Falls Independent School District bonds passed 51 to 49 percent (1049-998 votes).
Larry Berkman won the three-way race for Marble Falls Independent School District Board of Trustees Place 4 with 63 percent of the vote (1,126). Billy Inman had 21 percent (377) while Kerry Loader had 16 percent of the vote (276).
“I’m excited for the students and teachers in our district,” said Dr. Robert O’Connor, MFISD Superintendent. “This bond will help our district build 21st century programs. We will be able to help prepare our children for their futures.”
