Child abuse benefit set

The Hill Country Children’s Advocacy Center will hold it second annual Stomp Out Child Abuse Fundraiser benefiting abused children Oct. 20 at the Lakeside Pavilion in Marble Falls.

The pavilion is located at 307 Buena Vista St. and the event begins at 6 p.m.

The event includes live and silent auctions.

On average, more than 300 children are reported to the Hill Country Children’s Advocacy Center (HCCAC) for suspected child abuse by Child Protective Services (CPS) workers and law enforcement.
