Horseshoe Bay Police arrested two persons in two separate incidents on Friday. David Visconti, 26, of Horseshoe Bay and David McLean, 36, of Horseshoe Bay were arrested Friday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and possession methamphetamine and theft of water from the city, respectively. Thursday at 2 p.m. Horseshoe Bay Police responded to an
address on 32nd Street in Horseshoe Bay in regards to a complaint of theft of
water, said Horseshoe Bay Police Chief Bill Lane. Upon arrival, officers were
shown by Horseshoe Bay Water Department employees where the residents had
allegedly constructed a water meter bypass and were allegedly stealing water.
According to Lane, this was the second incident of this type reported at the
same location over the past few months. For more of this story, see Tuesday's Highlander. |
