He was born Dec. 21, 1950, in San Antonio to Jabe B. and Carlyn (Randow) Fowler.
Fowler was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Aug. 2, 2008. Fowler was zealous about telling others of the wonderful hope he had for the future.
During an extended hospital stay, he would visit with other patients, sharing Bible verses to cheer them up.
He is survived by his wife Vicki Fowler of Kingsland; son Jason Fowler of San Antonio; half-brother Sigfried Hocker; as well as other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Lucia Lynn Fowler Gaston.
A memorial service in his memory was held Sunday, Dec. 2, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Marble Falls.
