C’Shores council renews board member terms

In a meeting on Thursday, Cottonwood Shores City Council renewed the terms of members on the Parks and Recreation Committee and Board of Adjustments.

Council approved the renewal of expiring one year terms for Martha Logan, Katie Long, Richard Frazier, Richard Long and Billie Parker on the Parks and Recreation Board. The council also renewed expiring one year terms for Liz Atchley and Larry Baggett on the Board of Adjustments. Cheryl Trinidad, a new resident of Cottonwood Shores, was also appointed by council to the Board of Adjustments.

The council also moved to authorize Mayor Janelle Long to sign a contract for the new City Prosecutor Linda Bayless. Bayless has been working with the city since early November.
