Baltazar signs with Sam Houston State
Rey Baltazar, the 6-6, 260-pound tackle for Marble Falls, signed with Sam Houston State on Wednesday. Baltazar said he plans to bulk back up to at least 280 pounds and will likely redshirt as a freshmen offensive tacklel for the BearKats.
