C'Shores amends lot size ordinanceMarch 07, 2013, 10:00 pm by Alexandria Randolph
In a meeting Thursday, Cottonwood Shores Council approved an amendment to the city zoning ordinance that would increase the minimum lot size to 10,000 square feet. The amendment, which was discussed in a public hearing
during the regular council meeting, would not affect properties that were in Cottonwood proper, council said. "If you already own a subdivided lot, it’s grandfathered,” said City Attorney Alan Petrov. "This change affects future subdivisions over time. New properties must come into compliance with the new regulation.” For more on this story, see Tuesday's Highlander. |
