Early voting begins MondayOctober 18, 2012, 7:30 pm by Phil Schoch
Registered voters in Burnet and Llano counties can begin voting early on Oct. 22 through Nov. 2 in select locations. Burnet County residents can cast their ballots at the Burnet Court House, 220 S. Pierce St. in Burnet from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and at the Marble Falls Courthouse Annex, 810 Steve Hawkins Parkway in Marble Falls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Registered voters in Llano County can go to the Llano County Library, 102 E. Haynie, Llano, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with the following extended hours exceptions: on Oct. 22 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Oct. 29 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday Oct. 27 from 9 a.m to 12 p.m. Residents in or near Kingsland can go to the Kingsland Public Library, 125 W. Polk, Kingsland, which will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Horseshoe Bay and surrounding area residents can visit the early election location that will be open at the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association building, 107 Twilight, Horseshoe Bay, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to noon. |
