Spicewood man arrested on meth warrant after accident

A 44-year-old Spicewood man was arrested Monday evening on a drug warrant following a minor accident at the intersection of RR 1431 and Avenue J.

Curtis Pruitt had warrants out of Travis County for possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. He was heading south on Avenue J in a 2013 Chrysler and was attempting to cross RR 1431 when he failed to yield to a vehicle, said Marble Falls Captain Glenn Hanson.
