Minor injuries and traffic backup follow RR 2147 collision

Traffic was backed up for half a mile on both sides of west RR 2147 on Thursday afternoon after a brand new Ford Fiesta collided with the rear of a Chevy suburban as the Chevy waited to turn into a private drive in the 1800 block of RR 2147. The three occupants of the Fiesta were transported to a nearby hospital and treated for minor injuries. Staff photo by Alexandria Randolph
