February 27, 2013, 9:00 am by Alexandria Randolph

Open Door Recovery House and the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center will host the second annual Girls Night Out event and benefit on Saturday, March 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the Burnet County Community Center on 401 E. Jackson Street.
This year's theme is a Pajama Party, and women 21 years of age or older may attend in pajamas or casual attire. The event will feature active demonstrations by local dance instructors and fitness trainers, games, contests and prizes. The event will also showcase local businesses that will provide guests with indulgences, including massages, up-dos, manicures, pedicures and facials as well as vendors that will be presenting their wares. This year's sponsors include Printworks, Becca Schafer Events, Stitch America, Granite Wealth Management, Service Title Company, Copperhead Creek Shooting Club, and Pottery Ranch. There will also be a silent auction beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets to the event are $60 per person or $50 per person for a group of five or more. Tickets may be purchased and collected at the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce or the Burnet Chamber of Commerce. Indulgences, food and beverages may be purchased separately throughout the course of the evening. All proceeds from the event benefit the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center and the Open Door Recovery House.
