Holder was born on May 04, 1931, in Burnet County to William and Verna Daniels.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Holder; her brother, Randolph Franklin; her sister, Barbara Ann Franklin; her son, Howard Holder Jr.; and her parents.
She is survived by brothers James Franklin, Carlyle Franklin and his wife Maxine, Clyde Franklin and his wife Melva; sisters Ora Mae Johns, Bernice Conner and her husband Dayton, Lucille Noah and a sister-in- law Cora Maye Franklin; granddaughter, Lori Holder Barnett; great grandson, Colton Wayne Barnett; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. at Edgar Funeral Home in Burnet with Pastor Gordon Bergstrom officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. on Tuesday before the services.

Dear family, I attended school in Bertram with Howard and had not heard from Louise in years. Sure it is a blessing for her to be home with God. Looks as though your family is diminishing just like mine. Oh well we will all meet on the otherside someday.
