His wife, Hope "Sissy,” his four children (Adair, Vance, Marc, and Vaughn), and his eight grand children remain blessed for having been made of part of him. He is survived by wife "Sissy” Hope; children Adair, Vance, Marc and Vaughn; and his eight great-grandchildren, who remain blessed for having been able to be a part of his life. Hamilton was born on Nov. 29, 1934 to Tom and Ruby Hamilton in Wharton, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas with a law degree and married Caroline "Sissy” Hope Almy in Ft. Worth on Jan. 29, 1958. After practicing law in Houston and Bay City, he retired jointly to Marble Falls and Bayfield. He had read every history book in his two favorite libraries, and loved high school and college football, especially the Longhorn football team. He enjoyed kayaking the waters of central Texas and never tired of hiking the high trails of southern Colorado with his beloved dog, Guapo. Memorial gifts may be made to the Marble Falls Public Library, 101 Main St., Marble Falls, 830.693.3023. Reader CommentsThis is my favorite pic of Tony. Our 55 anny will be Jan.29th. Great Photo!
