Navigating the maze of obtaining voter ID

In just 54 days, on Oct. 21, early voting be- gins in Texas. Two weeks prior to that, Oct. 7, will be the final day to obtain a voter registration, if you do not already have one for the county in which you reside. Presidential years, like 2024, typically drive up voter turnout, so avoid being left out.

When voting at one of the polling stations, a pic- ture ID will be required.
