The Faith Academy volleyball team continues its run through its predistrict schedule.
The Lady Flames (8-6-4) beat Aus- tin Royals 25-13, 25-17, 25-15 Aug. 29 after losing to the Texas School for the Deaf 24-26, 25-20, 25-19, 17-25, 8-15 Aug. 27. Faith competed in its own tournament Aug. 19-21 where the Lady Flames went 1-1-2.
Head coach Erin Sawyer noted the academy had its annual retreat before the players boarded a bus to go to Austin for their Aug. 27 match.
