A Llano County Residen tial Bulk Collection Event is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Llano County An - nex, 8347 RR 1431 from 8 a.m. to noon (or until full) for residents of Llano County and KMUD and KWSC customers.
Guidelines:
The county will not accept any household trash. Bring products in original containers only, do not mix or consolidate products, properly seal con- tainers to prevent leakage, and haul containers and materials in the trunk or back of vehicle away from passengers. They will accept a limited number of bulk items couch - es, mattresses, stoves, refriger -
ators and dishwashers.
For a $50 donation, the public may Adopt-a-Barrel or contribute to support the bulk
collection events in Llano County.
What Not to Bring:
Do not bring household trash or business trash. No paint of any kind will be ac - cepted. The county will not accept industrial or commercial business items – no chem- icals of any kind, no dioxins, no explosives or ammunition, no medical or pharmaceutical items, no compressed gas cyl - inders, no aerosols, no camp stove propane, no household products labeled “caution,” "warning" or "poison," no con struction or demolition debris, no rechargeable batteries.
What to Bring:
Passenger vehicle tires up to 20" rim size (no rims first 10 are free, more are $1 apiece, maximum 25, no tire store col - lected tires, and no 18-wheeler tires); electronics, lead-acid batteries, TVs (not wooden consoles), oil and anti-freeze.
