Authorities have charged a member of a Burnet church’s security team, following reports of "shots fired" at the venue on Sunday.
Since the incident unfolded, communities were on edge to the point where local schools heightened security on campuses.
“Due to an incident in Burnet earlier today (Oct. 6), we will have an increased Marble Falls Police Department and Burnet County Sheriff's Office presence on Marble Falls ISD campuses ," according to a statement from the Marble Falls
