Oct. 8 marked the beginning of a long-awaited renovation project at Hill Country Humane Society, thanks to the generosity of Greater Goods and our community.

For the first time since 1999, we are updating our kennels and play yards, bringing in new, safe spac- es that reflect the needs of our growing community. As we see more families choosing to live here, the demand for animal welfare services has also increased. We are thrilled to see our shelter evolving alongside our community.

Becoming a no-kill shelter two years ago was a significant achievement – one that could not have been possible without the support of the compassionate people around us.
