Chicago inspires recollections of Texas hospitality

The next morning at breakfast in the Chicago Robey Hotel, the Texan eats poached eggs with Andouille sausage, handed to his table by the elegant Gisele Easton, “a supervisor, server and bartender extraordinaire” who studied acting in Chicago at Columbia College, also in Ireland, where one of her friends met Cillian Murphy, the actor who received an Academy Award Oscar trophy for his lead role in the film "Oppenheimer."

“I am jealous,” Easton said.
