From a sporting goods store to a clothing outlet, the buzz around possible national retailers has gained steam for a planned Marble Falls shopping center.
Developers contend that reports of settled retailers fall short of confirmation, how ever, the list shows promise.
Local development “partners” include the Roper family, on whose more than 100-acre property the center will develop. Outside developers include Bob Berryhill of Empirita Development, along with Bobby Johnson of Twen ty Two 10 Group.
