The Kingsland Garden Club is happy to announce the Octo- ber 2024 Beautification Award to the Kingsland Community Park’s Native Plant Garden. This was a joint project with finan cial support from Texas Garden Club, Kingsland Garden Club, the Kingsland/Lake LBJ Chamber & Visitor Center, and Sam’s Nursery. Special thanks to Mary Ann Atwood, Renee Case and Colleen Rominski of the Kingsland Garden Club for planning and maintenance of the garden.
Additional thanks to Sam’s Nursery for installation of the plants – artemisia, esperanza, purple sage, trailing lantana, turks cap and yaupon holly.
