Marble Falls City Council recently issued clear direction to assist the progress of critical commercial development south of City Hall.

During its Oct. 15 regular session, the council approved several amendments to the city ordinance that regulates the Planned Improvement District development underway over more than 360 acres near U.S. 281 and East FM 2147.
