A Marble Falls man faces a steep sentence for his alleged roll in dealing methamphetamine in the area.

424th Judicial District Court Judge Evan Stubbs sentenced Jonathan Tarbet to 38 years in prison Oct. 24 for the first-de gree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

The range of punishment for that offense is from five to 99 years in prison.
