The Marble Falls High School football team's season ended in a 42-14 loss to Brownwood Nov. 8.
The Mustangs (2-8, 0-4 District 4-4A Divi - sion I) played their finest first quarter of the district season.
After the Lions forced the Mustangs to punt, Brownwood drove 67 yards in six plays for the game's first touchdown capped by an 11-yard scoring run by sophomore running back Matthew Rodriguez for the 7-0 lead.
