Two Marble Falls ISD educators face possible suspension of their teaching certificates after school trustees refused Monday to accept their reasons for resigning before the end of their contracts.
Texas law requires teachers to work up to 45 days before the last school day of the year; quitting before that date can result in sanctions from the Texas Education Agency unless the educators’ school board elects to grant an exception.
Marble Falls trustees didn’t choose that.
