Horseshoe Bay City Council members learned Tuesday what residents want and don’t want in their city’s future, and few if any were surprised.
Councilors heard a report from their land use committee after the committee spent nine months conducting surveys and listening to gripes and complaints.
What residents want, in no particular order, are keeping architectural standards high, keeping property values up, controlling growth, and for heaven’s sake get the Property Owners Association and Horseshoe Bay Resort to learn to work together on spending POA dues.
