An upcoming careers event will pair area healthcare facilities with job prospects.

On Thursday, Jan. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., healthcare professionals in the Highland Lakes region will gather at the Marble Falls ISD Administration Office, located at

1800 Colt Circle in Marble Falls, for an exclusive Healthcare Hiring Event hosted by the Highland Lakes Healthcare Partnership, a group of area healthcare employers coming together to address the critical staffing shortages.

The event aims to connect licensed healthcare professionals with immediate job opportunities in local hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies.

With competitive wages and urgent openings across various service lines, the event promises a streamlined hiring process for prospective candidates. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with healthcare leaders from the region, fostering direct conversations with hiring managers and decision-makers.

The event’s primary focus is to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and skilled professionals eager to serve the community’s growing healthcare needs. Key highlights of the event include:

• Hear from a panel representing all lines of healthcare service in our rural communities;

• Network with local healthcare leaders – Attendees can interact directly with representatives from leading hospitals, clinics, and care facilities in the Highland Lakes area;

• Immediate job openings – Positions are available for licensed healthcare professionals in multiple disciplines; and

• Experience the Texas Hill Country lifestyle – The event promotes the unique living and working environment of the Highland Lakes, a picturesque region known for its scenic lakes, outdoor recreation, and welcoming community. This hiring initiative emphasizes the commitment of the Highland Lakes Healthcare Partnership to support local healthcare systems in addressing workforce shortages and enhancing patient care services.

Interested candidates are encouraged to RSVP to Kelly Lofton at 830-262-8924 (text preferred) or via email at kelly. [email protected] to confirm their attendance.
