The Highland Arts Guild & Gallery is happy to present our January Artist of the month, Marci Rice. Rice is a native Texan from Waco. She has been drawing and painting from a very young age.
Her artist journey began working in pastels, pencil, and charcoal mediums. For the last 16 years she has been perfecting her techniques in acrylics and oil.
She takes classes with Peggy Cain at the gallery where she has fun with other artists. The Highland Arts Guild & Gallery is a non-profit organization located at 318 Main St. in Marble Falls.
