Retiring JP recalls years of public service

After almost three decades of dedicated and valuable public service, Burnet County Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 Debbie Bindseil plans to retire next month.

After almost three decades of dedicated and valuable public service, Burnet County Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 Debbie Bindseil plans to retire next month.

“Debbie has been the true definition of a public servant,” Pct. 4 County Commissioner Joe Don Dockery told The Highlander. “I have been proud to serve with her over the years. I wish her the absolute best in her retirement.”

Bindseil began her public career in April 1995 as a Burnet County Jail Corrections Officer.
