Library hosts groovy band to raise building funds

The Spicewood Community Library’s fundraiser, “Building for the Future: 2025,” is scheduled to be held tonight, Friday, Jan. 17, at Spicewood Vineyards.

The vineyard and the Friends of the Spicewood library are coordinating plans for this special and elegant event, which include a catered gourmet dinner with fine wines from the vineyard, and an exciting auction accompanied by great music from “Spicewood’s finest rock and roll band.”

The action starts at 6 p.m.; dress is dressy casual; tickets are $175 each or a table for 10 for $1,600. Visit the library’s website, spicewoodlibrary. org for information on purchasing tickets or donating to the building fund.
