Marble Falls paves way for Manzano Mile development

Recently, the Marble Falls City Council accepted a petition calling for the creation of the Manzano Mile Public Improvement District.

During its Jan. 21 meeting in city hall, the council voted 6-0 to drive the petition for consideration during a public hearing during the council meeting scheduled for Feb. 18.

“It is a good project,” Mayor Dave Rhodes said. “I am excited to see the city start development in a different direction.”
