The Highland Arts Guild & Gallery artist of the month for February is Jennifer Hess.
Originally from the Kansas City area, she now resides in Kingsland and has had a love for art and drawing since childhood.
Hess attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a bachelor of architecture degree.
