Proclamation ushers in Edwards Day of Service

Marble Falls Mayor Dave Rhodes gives Kim Edwards the proclamation honoring Rick Edwards, her late husband, former Marble Falls ISD board member and beloved community benefactor. The Day of Service in his honor is scheduled for Feb. 14, when volunteers will descend on the community for philanthropic projects.
