Boys soccer team beats Texans to win district opener

The Marble Falls High School boys soccer team shut out Wimberley 5-0 in the District 26-4A opener for both squads Feb. 7.

The Marble Falls High School boys soccer team shut out Wimberley 5-0 in the District 26-4A opener for both squads Feb. 7.

The Mustangs led 3-0 in the first half thanks to junior Joaquin Aguilar, who scored two goals while senior Esteban Dominguez added the other goal.

Senior Juan Hernandez Barajas, Jr. scored the fourth goal with 19 minutes and 24 seconds remaining in the match.
