Special to The Highlander The Burnet County 4-H Youth Rifle Team had a great start to the year 2025. One week ago, the team traveled to Camp Perry, Ohio, to compete in the nationally-recognized 2025 National Air Rifle National championship.
Camp Perry is a nationally- recognized competitive range on the shores of Lake Erie.
To be invited to the national event the team had to place within the top 30 teams in a national qualification match.
