The Marble Falls High School softball team lost to Georgetown Gateway 6-0 March 7 in District 24-4A play.
As a team, the Lady Mustangs (1-1) got a total of three hits from Kylie Roberts, Callie Phillips and Sophia Biagini. Gateway senior pitcher Chloe Ellis recorded 18 strikeouts.
Ellis was the district’s Pitcher of the Year in 2024.
