I planned on taking the week off from penning a newsletter, but word came in from the city of Marble Falls touting significant progress has been made on the Avenue N bridge project which Meadowlakes residents should be aware of.
The city, in cooperation with the general contractor, Liberty Civil Construction, has tentatively agreed upon a Notice to Proceed (NTP) date of April 21, 2025.
After final approval of the NTP date, the contractor will complete a few tasks that do not require diversion of cars. However, at some point in the process, the rerouting will begin. Signs will be posted. The current schedule projects that excavation and demolition work will begin April 28.
