Pedernales Electric Cooperative, the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office and Burnet County’s Office of Emergency Management partnered to host
Ready as One, a first-ofits- kind community preparedness fair on March
29.
The free, family- friendly event was held at Marble Falls High School from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and provided Burnet County residents an opportunity to connect with local organizations, learn about community resources and prepare for emergencies.
Various state and local agencies participated, including police, EMS and firefighters.
