A downtown Easter egg hunt event is welcoming volunteers to assist with guiding families through the safest routes to go business-to-business.

Cheryl Westerman (Ms Lollipop) of Ms Lollipop Parties Fun & Gifts is sponsoring the 5th Annual Downtown Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt on Friday, April 18. Those who volunteer will receive a t-shirt and ice cream.

The morning on Good Friday begins with photos with the Easter Bunny at the shop at 208 Main St. Volunteers that would like to participate should contact Westerman at 512-755-9117.

The event is also looping in other businesses besides those on and just off Main Street to attract visitors.

Children up to 12 years old are invited to participate but the kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Photos with the Easter Bunny commence at 10 a.m. at Ms Lollipop Parties Fun & Gifts, 208 Main St., here in Marble Falls.

Participants need to be on time for details at 10:30 a.m. to get a scavenger hunt list from Ms Lollipop.

The hunt for the eggs will begin from downtown Harmony Park at 10:45 a.m. Plastic eggs will be filled with candy, money, prizes, discounts and random Gold Seal grand prize notes to be found at participating business locations.
