Athletes show no fear in earning medals, area berths

The meet was conducted April 2-3 at Jarrell High School. The top four in each event advanced to the District 23 and 24-4A area meet, which is Wednesday, April 9, at Jarrell High School.

No Burnet County female athlete had a better district meet than sophomore Madison Cuplin, who won gold medals in the 100 and 200 meters and in the long jump and triple jump.
