Judith Elaine Bailey, born October 14, 1936, in Houston, Texas, to Joseph E. and Thelma Davies, passed away on April 26, 2025. She was predeceased by her parents.

Judy is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, John A. Bailey; her brother, Thomas E. Davies (Nancy); and her four sons: John Bryan (Debbie), Michael James (Diane), Paul Andrew (Tara), and Patrick Joseph (Amy). ‘Mimi’ adored her nine grandchildren— Allison, Tyler, Adrienne, Brett, John, Zachary, Jack, Wyatt, and Owen—and her eight great-grandchildren— Holly, Trudy, Bo, Hayden, Kate, Kara, Hannah, and Austin.

A true prayer warrior and a warm presence, Judy made friends everywhere she went. After marrying John in 1967, she devoted herself to her family, nurturing her sons and supporting John. A proud graduate of The University of Houston, she was a spirited cheerleader and cherished her time with her Chi Omega sisters. Judy later found fulfillment as a real estate professional and small business owner while enjoying bridge games and social gatherings at Lakeside Country Club in Houston and later with friends in Horseshoe Bay.

She was deeply involved in Trinity Episcopal Church in Marble Falls, active in the Daughters of the King, and loved her Bible study group. Judy was a loyal fan of the Houston Astros and, above all, treasured her family, embracing her daughters-in-law and creating lasting memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church on May 1st, 2025, at 11 a.m., with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, 909 Ave. D, Marble Falls, TX 78654. Condolences may be made at: www.clementswilcoxfuneralhome. com
